Enjoy a full weekend each month to connect with each other, learn, and practice yoga. Weekends begin Friday at 5pm to go over homework and review passed instructions. Schedule is typically Friday 5-8pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, and Sunday 9:30am-4pm.
In addition to the weekend meetings, we’d love for you to take full advantage of the classes at the studio with an UNLIMITED FREE MEMBERSHIP through out your training!

• The History of yoga including Yoga Sutras, Yamas and Niyamas, Chakras & Bhagavad Gita
• Pose breakdown, Alignment, Sequencing and Assisting
• Anatomy & Physiology
• Restorative, Pre Natal and Chair specialties
• Sanskrit & Pranayama
• Modifications and Props
• How to get into and out of Poses including inversions.
Early Bird Rate: $3000 balance due in FULL by October 22, 2023
Regular Rate: $3300 balance due at Start Date
Payment Option: $3600 with 6 payments of $500, deposit of $500 due by Oct. 22, 2023
