About Arlene Koby
Arlene Koby has been practicing yoga for over 30 years and teaching for more than 20, bringing deep experience, authenticity, and heart to every class she leads. With over 1,000 hours of training, Arlene’s teaching blends alignment, mindfulness, strength, and accessibility for students of all levels.
She was the owner of Sol Full Yoga in Monroe, NY for 14 years, where she built a strong community centered around movement, healing, and connection. Arlene currently runs Lakeside Wellness, a seasonal outdoor yoga experience on Walton Lake in Monroe, NY, offering both lakeside yoga and stand-up paddleboard yoga in nature.
Arlene has trained with Elena Brower and completed the Bridge Program for Anusara Yoga. She is both PaddleFit certified and WPA certified, combining her love of yoga, water, and wellness into unique and inspiring experiences.
In addition to her seasonal offerings, Arlene teaches throughout the Hudson Valley and offers private instruction tailored to individual goals and needs. Her classes are known for being welcoming, grounded, empowering, and deeply connected to the mind-body experience.

Dawn Postiglione
After decades of personal practice, Dawn Postiglione chose to deepen her commitment to the principles of yoga by completing the 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) certification in 2020 at Sol Full Yoga with Arlene. Since then, she has been actively teaching, helping students connect with their bodies, quiet their minds, and discover their own inner strength. Dawn’s classes blend the wisdom of a lifelong practice with innovative, mindful sequencing designed for all experience level.
Because everybody is unique, Dawn specializes in a wide range of styles to meet you exactly where you are today. Her classes span from the fluid, energetic movement of Vinyasa and the foundational alignment of Hatha, to the deep stillness of Yin and Restorative practices. She is also deeply passionate about making yoga accessible to everyone through Chair yoga classes. “My mission is to guide and support you in an inclusive space where you can build strength, find stillness, and move mindfully.”
Dawn is certified through Yoga Alliance, insured through BeYogi, and continually deepens and expands her yoga education through study, workshop offerings, and practice. Namaste.
