Our Team
Arlene
Arlene Koby is the owner & operator of Lakeside Wellness. She is a mama of three, a Yoga teacher and a devoted student of Yoga. She has been practicing for over 25 years and teaching for the past 14 years. An E-RYT, Arlene has completed two 200hr training’s (the first in 2005)and has also completed an additional 100hr advanced teacher training with Elena Brower at Virayoga in NYC in 2013.. She currently leads RYT training at Sol full Yoga. With a strong desire to learn she continues to educate herself, recently traveling to India with Raghunath, completeing advance study with Jivamukti founders Sharon Gannon and David Life, and currently she is enrolled in the Anusara bridge program through Shree yoga. Arlene is humbled and honored to share what she has learned though her vast studies. Her approach to teaching is rooted in authenticity. Her gift is her capacity to work with any level of practitioner with specific,educated, alignment cues. Her goal is for the student to feel comfortable and safe with the body they are in, whether they are rocking a handstand or a child pose. “Love is the absence of judgement” Compassion first, love always, judgement never.

Kim
Kim D’Agnese is a native New Yorker, a ballet barre specialist, a dancer, and a music enthusiast. For the last eleven years, prior to the pandemic, Kim taught ballet barre at Physique 57, in New York City, serving as both a master trainer and the music manager. Kim is also a company member with the Lori Belilove & The Isadora Duncan Dance Company in NYC. If you’re looking for an instructor who blends technical expertise with music to energize you and an upbeat personality to get you through your last pulse and squeeze- Kim’s your go to girl! Kim graduated from Montclair State University with a BFA in dance. She received her Pilates certification through LindaFit Pilates, and her Prenatal Pilates certification from the Center of Women’s Fitness. As a proud mother of three, Kim loves teaching pre and post-natal barre, Pilates, and dance cardio classes.

Dawn
Dawn is a devoted student of Yoga who has been practicing for 25 years. Dawn retired from the corporate world in 2019 after 30 plus years in Sales and Marketing and immediately pursued her dream of becoming a Yoga instructor. She completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Lakeside Wellness in Monroe, NY with owner and teacher Arlene Kobylinski.
Dawn offers creative Vinyasa flow classes incorporating principles of alignment, sequencing, and flow, with an awareness of breath and meditation. Dawn is adept at working with students of all levels, offering modifications that allow each practitioner to feel challenged yet find enjoyment and connection with their own personal practice.
Dawn is certified through Yoga Alliance and continues her yoga education through diverse workshop offerings.

Margaret
The Mother of two wonderful boys, Margaret believes that we are all on this journey together. She thrives on opportunities to create space where people of any age can connect and support one another, as well as themselves. Margaret found that connection through her practice and instantly fell in love with everything Yoga. Trained and mentored by Arlene Kobylinski in Vinyasa flow, she completed her 200RYT at Sol full Yoga in Monroe, NY. Margaret is also a Certified Reiki Practitioner, lover of the outdoors and new adventures, joy seeker and student for life Margaret’s geriatric background and passion for the senior population has inspired her to focus her practice in therapeutic, gentle and chair yoga.

Ananda
Ananda Priti has dedicated herself to serve her community, providing a variety of classes, workshops holistic heals and teachings.
Ananda has been teaching for over 7 years and has completed over a thousand hours of certiifed courses and traingings, including KYT, RYT, Y12SR, Kundalini Yoga Therapy, Reiki Master, Breathwork Facilitator, and Sound Healing. She is also Paddle Fit Core certified and combines her love of yoga and paddleboarding.
Yoga and Holistic Healing has become a way of life for Ananda, it has reshaped and healed her mind, body and soul forever. She will passionately continue to share and help others achieve balance, health, and unfold their highest potential.

Jenni
RYT200, WPA level 1
Having sustained a number of injuries over the course of a paramedic and fire service career, Jenni retired from direct patient care. She continues to lecture locally and regionally, writes, teaches and currently consults for an emergency services training and administrative agency.
In order to rehabilitate from her job-related injuries, Jenni began practicing yoga. She eventually obtained her 200hr registered yoga teacher certification from Soma Yoga institute and has trained with the Veterans Yoga Project and Yoga For First Responders.
Teaching yoga, specifically restorative, adaptive and to trauma sensitive populations has given Jenni the opportunity to continue to help people which she believes to be part of her dharma.
Jenni competed in her first SUP race in 2016, winning 1st place in her division. She obtained her World Paddle Association instructor certification with internationally acclaimed YogaGirl, Rachel Brathen in Aruba.
In addition to teaching SUP and SUP yoga, Jenni continues to race as an amateur, most recently in a RedBull event in southwest Florida. Jenni’s yoga experience is unique to her life and she believes it can be that way for everyone. She thinks there is a way to incorporate yoga into any lifestyle and for a multitude of different reasons and desired benefits.
