About Arlene Koby
Arlene Koby has been practicing yoga for over 30 years and teaching for more than 20, bringing deep experience, authenticity, and heart to every class she leads. With over 1,000 hours of training, Arleneās teaching blends alignment, mindfulness, strength, and accessibility for students of all levels.
She was the owner of Lakeside Wellness in Monroe, NY for 14 years, where she built a strong community centered around movement, healing, and connection. Arlene currently runs Lakeside Wellness, a seasonal outdoor yoga experience on Walton Lake in Monroe, NY, offering both lakeside yoga and stand-up paddleboard yoga in nature.
Arlene has trained with Elena Brower and completed the Bridge Program for Anusara Yoga. She is both PaddleFit certified and WPA certified, combining her love of yoga, water, and wellness into unique and inspiring experiences.
In addition to her seasonal offerings, Arlene teaches throughout the Hudson Valley and offers private instruction tailored to individual goals and needs. Her classes are known for being welcoming, grounded, empowering, and deeply connected to the mind-body experience.

About Dawn
Dawn is a devoted student of Yoga who has been practicing for 25 years. Dawn retired from the corporate world in 2019 after 30 plus years in Sales and Marketing and immediately pursued her dream of becoming a Yoga instructor. She completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Lakeside Wellness in Monroe, NY with owner and teacher Arlene Koby.
Dawn offers creative Vinyasa flow classes incorporating principles of alignment, sequencing, and flow, with an awareness of breath and meditation. Dawn is adept at working with students of all levels, offering modifications that allow each practitioner to feel challenged yet find enjoyment and connection with their own personal practice.
Dawn is certified through Yoga Alliance and continues her yoga education through diverse workshop offerings.
