In Studio Classes

Ignite Your Sol (WARM -All Levels)

A heated vinyasa flow that blends breathing, stretching, and strengthening of your entire body. Expect an ashtanga inspired flow with the added benefit of heat. You may be offered to start attempting more advanced asanas like arm balancing and inversions but feel free to practice at your own pace. Please come well hydrated.

Warm Beginner Sol (Level 1)

This heated class is for those who aren’t quite ready to experience quick Vinyasa movements in the heat or have a fear of how they will do in the heated classes. This class is perfect for beginners or for anyone who just wants a slower-paced practice instructed with alignment cues and attention to detail. The studio will be heated to 87-95 degrees.

Sol Pilates/Fusion (All Levels)

Sol Pilates Fusion is a Pilates-based workout focusing on core strength, flexibility, and total body conditioning fused with a perfect mix of cardio and body sculpting exercises designed to make you sweat. The benefits of adding Pilates to your current yoga regime are endless. Pilates Fusion is different from Mat Pilates, because it combines cardio and interval training components which make you burn more calories and sweat, while continuing to sculpt and tone your entire body.

Sol Power (WARM Level 2/3)

A vigorous vinyasa flow that blends breathing, stretching, and strengthening of your entire body. Lots of Chaturungas and balance work. This class will whip you into shape to start attempting more advanced asanas like arm balancing and inversions, which will be offered. Infrared Heat will be added to heighten the experience. Please bring water and a towel. This is a level 2/3 , so prior practice recommended. 75 minute class.

Gentle Sol (Level 1/2)

Gentle Sol is perfect for the beginner or anyone who wants a slower-paced practice. There will be no chaturangas nor any jerky movements. Your yoga will move gradually from the ground to standing then back down to the ground. This class is about being gentle with yourself. Props, such as bolsters, straps, blocks, and blankets will be introduced as a way to modify your practice. Enjoy this gentle moving class with a focus on relaxation.

Soothe Your Sol With Aromatherapy

In this class, we’ll bring down the energy and ground ourselves through gentle movement, meditation, relaxation and aromatherapy. Enjoy a relaxing flow catered to everyBODY. Through breathing techniques, gentle movement, and deep relaxation …we will create a bridge between our physical selves and higher selves, or Paramatma. The goal is to reach a place of peace and a deep understanding of who we are and why we are here. You will be introduced to three oils to help aid in emotional healing. Oils change each week. You can opt-out of getting the aromatherapy if you have allergies, please tell the teacher prior to the start of class.

Online All Levels Vinyasa

Join us online via ZOOM for our All Levels Vinyasa style class. Explore the connection between breath and movement as you flow through a series of postures to build strength, increase flexibility, and tone muscles. The creative sequencing leads students through a journey of sun salutations, standing and seated postures, and back bending, ending with a sweet and blissful savasana relaxation to leave you feeling restored and recharged.

Join us online via ZOOM for our Pilates Mat class.

Online Beginner Yoga

Join us online via ZOOM for our online beginner level class good for anyone NEW to yoga. Expect more Instruction and alignment cues as well as three to fours weeks of repetitive movements to familiarize yourself with the movements seen in an all-levels yoga class.

Online Barre Fusion

This online via ZOOM class combines your favorite leg Shaking Barre exercises, core strengthening, and other primal movements, all without leaving your mat. Using barres, light weights, bands, and your own body weight for a serious workout. You will leave this class feeling energized and balanced.

Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga and SUP

SUP Yoga

Immerse yourself in nature and find your SUP flow! Join us as we explore the practice of yoga on specially designed, very stable paddleboards. SUP will help you develop balance, core strength, and stability. Our instructors focus on your abilities, comforts, and challenges. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or brand new to the practice, SUP Yoga provides a perfect balance of zen and strength, calm and challenge, intensity and release. SUP Tours
